There is rest for our minds in the word of God! Thats why it is so important to seek out Gods word, to hide it in your heart, because with the word comes truth and with the truth comes rest :)

Wouldn’t it be awesome if God only had to tell us once to do something and immediately we were obedient? But surely our unbelief and lack of obedience makes us question His voice only to have Him “confirm” and “re-confirm” it to you. In my opinion it can be a cloak for fear, a cloak for disobedience…
